I use Notion quite frequently as my personal workspace and have created numerous useful databases thus far.

Recently, I decided to share my Notion experience along with the databases I’ve developed, showcasing how this platform has significantly enhanced my organisation and efficiency.

Notion stands out as the best project management tool I’ve utilized, surpassing the likes of Monday, Trello, and Asana. Notably, Notion provides a level of freedom that none of the others offer. I actively keep track of their updates on LinkedIn, swiftly incorporating them into my workspace.

The initial database I wish to share is more of an itinerary than a template, making it particularly valuable. In January, I went on a month-long trip to Thailand and the Philippines with my boyfriend and a couple of friends. Despite the eventual breakup with my boyfriend towards the end of the journey, the experience was truly amazing.

My role in the group involved planning our 20-day trip to the Philippines, and when faced with a multitude of tasks, Notion proved to be an invaluable tool for simplifying the planning process.

I needed to plan the route, how to go there, how expensive, where to see, where to eat, where to stay… Notion gave me the freedom to create databases as I need: I created, customized and sorted properties according to my needs, there are plenty of different database views that I can also customize, I can filter the database, etc.

Although it was undeniably a challenging task, I managed to compile a comprehensive page, similar to this.
